IT Project Manager - Infrastructure Lead

Location: DC Metro Area / Hybrid Flexibility

Location: Hybrid - Washington, DC

Responsibilities:

As the Infrastructure Lead, you will oversee the IT Infrastructure and Customer Service workstream for the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB). You will act as the primary program management and oversight interface for TTB's mission-enabling infrastructure, encompassing Azure Gov cloud environments, virtualization, and ITS vendor performance.

Day-to-day activities include:

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Experience: 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure program management, enterprise cloud operations, and vendor/SLA management.

Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident Alien with at least three (3) years of US residency.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

Salary: $125,000- $145,000
